Digital Maximum messaging program

Digital Maximum, LLC sends informational texts about inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, requested service updates, and customer feedback requests to people who select informational messaging. Promotional texts about our offers and services require the separate promotional opt-in. You may select either category, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in Digital Maximum, LLC’s SMS messaging program.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments and selected categories. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the SMS program. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, return to the opt-in page and submit a new consent choice.

These terms cover the messaging program only; they do not replace service orders or change subscription pricing, cancellation, ownership or other terms in a customer agreement.
